PAN Card Office is an online and physical service provider operating as an authorized PAN Facilitation Center (FC) under Alankit Assignments Ltd., utilizing valid UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited (UTIITSL) branch credentials.
We provide offline and digital facilitation, document pre-verification, application processing, data entry, and tracking assistance for PAN card applicants.
Non-Government Disclaimer: This website is a private service portal and is not the official portal of the Income Tax Department of India, NSDL (Protean), or UTIITSL. Applicants can also apply directly on official government websites (incometax.gov.in or utiitsl.com).
2. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy
Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the application process—such as your full name, father's name, date of birth, address, phone number, and uploaded identity documents—are authentic, clear, and accurate.
Document Verification: Applications submitted with false, forged, mismatched, or blurred documents (photos/signatures) may lead to rejection by the government tax authority.
Aadhaar Linking: Applicants are responsible for ensuring their Aadhaar details match the details provided in the PAN application for eKYC/eSign processing.
3. Service Charges & Payments
Fee Structure: Payments made on this website include government application fees plus our facilitation/service fee for document review, application processing, data entry, customer assistance, and status tracking.
Payment Gateway: All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your net banking credentials, card numbers, or UPI PINs.
Order Confirmation: Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an acknowledgement or transaction confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
4. Application Processing & Timelines
Review & Filing: Upon receiving your application and complete documents, our team verifies the data and submits it through authorized UTIITSL channels.
Processing Timelines:
Digital e-PAN: Issued by government authorities usually within 2 to 4 working days after successful processing.
Physical PAN Card: Dispatched by postal/courier services directly to your address within 7 to 15 working days.
Delays Outside Our Control: While we ensure quick processing from our end, PAN Card Office is not liable for delays caused by government portal maintenance, server downtime, Income Tax Department clearance holds, or postal/courier delays.
5. Authority of Final Issuance
PAN Allotment Jurisdiction: The allotment, printing, approval, or rejection of any Permanent Account Number (PAN) is under the exclusive statutory authority of the Income Tax Department of India.
Our role is strictly limited to application facilitation and submission support.
6. Intellectual Property & Domain Use
